Choose Inner Bevel.
Apply a Pillow Emboss.
Duplicate that layer to have a circle on each corner.

1- Create a new document then a new layer. Draw a circle. |

2- Duplicate the layer and fill the new circle with gray. |
|
3- Make a 1 black pixel horizontal selection, erase that selection. Do it each 3 pixels (for this example). |

4- Same as above but vertically. |

Choose <Layer menu/Effects/Bevel and Emboss> Choose Inner Bevel.

Merge the 2 layers and apply another Inner Bevel.

7- Create a new layer, place it below the oher one, draw a square and fill it with a darker gray. |

On a new layer, draw a small circle, then <Layer menu/Effects/Bevel and
Emboss> Apply a Pillow Emboss. Duplicate that layer to have a circle on each corner. |
